Let's map your business before we talk about AI.

Before you answer anything else, sit with this
What is the biggest problem you are facing right now that, if we could just solve it, would unlock a huge amount of value for your business?

Please complete this form as honestly and specifically as you can — there are no wrong answers. Your responses are the raw material we use to build a tailored AI solution for your business, so the more specific and real, the better. You'll receive a copy of your answers by email once submitted.

SECTION ONE: WHERE THE MONEY MOVES
1. What are your top three sources of revenue, ranked in order — and roughly what share of income each one is?
2. Which part of the business eats the most time or money relative to what it actually brings back?
3. Which specific customer, product, or service is quietly losing you money once you count the real time and effort it takes?
4. What is the one number about your business you most wish you could see clearly every week, but can't right now — and why can't you see it?
SECTION TWO: WHERE YOU FEEL STUCK
5. What decision have you been putting off for months — and what's actually stopping you from deciding?
6. What part of your day or week drains you most, even though it feels necessary — and how many hours a week does it eat?
7. If you had one extra pair of hands for a week, what's the very first task you'd hand off — and why that one first?
8. What keeps you working late or worrying outside normal hours — what happens if you don't stay on top of it?
SECTION THREE: HOW THE WORK ACTUALLY FLOWS
9. Walk us through what a typical day or week actually looks like, step by step — where do you personally have to step in?
10. Where exactly does information get stuck, delayed, or lost — which step, which handoff?
11. What tasks are repeated often but done differently depending on who's doing them — where does that inconsistency cause a problem?
12. Where do mistakes or inconsistencies happen most often — and what does it cost you when they do (money, time, trust)?
SECTION FOUR: NAMING YOUR #1 PRIORITY AREA
13. Re-read everything you wrote above. Apply a high bar here — not just any repeated problem, but the single one that, if solved, would drive the majority of the value across everything you just described. Name it in your own words as specifically as you can.
14. If that one problem disappeared tomorrow, what measurably changes in the business over the next three months?
15. What's actually blocking a fix — is it that you don't have the information, don't have the time, don't have the skill, or keep deferring the decision? Name the main one and explain why.
SECTION FIVE: READINESS FOR A SOLUTION
16. Have you tried using AI tools before? Which ones, what did you use them for, and what actually happened?
17. Who would actually use or maintain an AI-based solution day-to-day once it exists — and how comfortable are they with new digital tools?
18. In one sentence: what does a successful outcome from this engagement actually look like for you?
19. What budget range are you working with for this engagement?
