- Bank transfers are confirmed by us, usually within 1 working day of your proof of payment.

- Search your inbox and spam for CoreKnowledge.
- Check that the email on your order was typed correctly.
- Message us your order number and we will resend it.
My book link says it is not valid, or the device limit is reached

- Open the Access page, type your email and tap the link we send.

Print books: collection and delivery
- Collection in Gaborone is free. Delivery in Botswana is P75.
- We email you when your book is ready or shipped.
Paying from South Africa
- Use the South Africa account in the Buy and pay tab.
- Ask us for the rand amount before you pay.
- Send your proof of payment with your order number.
Refunds
- Online courses: see the Refund Policy (14-day promise and your 7-day cooling-off right).
- Digital books: not refundable once the text has been opened and viewed.
- Print books: cancel before it goes to print; faulty or misprinted copies are replaced.
