We use AI tools as assistants. This statement explains how, and where responsibility lies.
1. How we use AI
- 1.1AI tools help us draft and format content such as explanations, practice questions, summaries and images, and help our team work faster. They do not decide marks, certificates, refunds or any other decision about an individual learner.
2. Human review
- 2.1Every item of course content is reviewed by qualified staff or reviewers before release. We check technical accuracy against the official syllabus, standard or law.
3. Learner data
- 3.1We do not use learner personal information or learner answers to train AI models, and we do not paste learner personal information into public AI tools.
4. Responsibility and corrections
- 4.1CoreKnowledge is responsible for all content we publish, whether or not an AI tool helped draft it. If you find an error, tell us at coreknowledgedigital@gmail.com and we will correct it.
