Status: at present enrolment is free or test enrolment, and no payment is taken. The terms below apply when paid enrolment opens for a course.
1. When these terms apply
- 1.1These payment terms apply when paid enrolment opens. We will announce it on the course page and on the enrol form before any charge is made.
2. Prices and VAT
- 2.1Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. The total is displayed before you pay.
3. Payment methods
- 3.1We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card, instant EFT and bank transfer. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider, so we never see your full card details.
4. Invoices and receipts
- 4.1We email a receipt or tax invoice (where applicable) after payment. You can ask for a copy at any time.
5. Failed or declined payments
- 5.1If a payment fails, your enrolment is not completed. You may try again or use another method. If you are charged but receive no access, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
- 6.1If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly under our Refund Policy. We may suspend access while a chargeback is investigated, and may share information with the payment provider and your bank to resolve it.
