A CoreKnowledge certificate shows that you completed a course with us. It is not an ACCA, CIMA or IFRS Foundation qualification.
1. Who receives a certificate
- 1.1You receive a certificate of completion when you have met the completion rules shown on your course, which normally means completing the required learning activities and the final graded step, and your records have been checked by us.
- 1.2Certificates are issued only to the enrolled learner who did the work (see Assessment Integrity).
2. Verifying a certificate
- 2.1Each certificate carries a unique reference number (REF NO) and a QR code. An employer or exam body can verify it by emailing coreknowledgedigital@gmail.com with the REF NO, or by scanning the QR code where the verification page is available.
3. CPD hours and points
- 3.1Where a programme states CPD hours, they are indicative only. Whether they are accepted, and how many may be claimed, is decided by your professional body, so please check its rules. We do not guarantee acceptance.
4. Re-issue and corrections
- 4.1If your certificate is lost or your name is wrong, email coreknowledgedigital@gmail.com with the subject "Certificate re-issue" and your REF NO if you have it. We re-issue free of charge for spelling errors made by us; a reasonable fee may apply for other re-issues once billing opens.
- 4.2We may withdraw a certificate that was issued in error or obtained in breach of our rules.
