When do I get my certificate and transcript?

You receive your Certificate of Completion and a transcript of your results once all seven modules, the practice quizzes, the module tasks, the moderation activity and the feedback form are complete. We verify and release both, usually within 3 working days, and email you when they are ready. Check your status any time on the Help page.

How much does it cost?

Assessor & Moderator Combo: P4,000 per person, self-paced online (one course covering Assessor and Moderator Training; P2,500 each if taken separately). Not to be confused with the TOT + Assessor bundle (2 courses) P4,000 or the BQA pathway bundle (TOT + Assessor + Moderator, 3 courses) P6,000. Groups of 5 or more, face to face or in-house: request a quote.

How long is the course?

Seven modules of slides, videos, notes and practical activities, studied at your own pace on any device. Groups of 5 or more can also book it in-house or face to face.

Are you BQA-accredited?

CoreKnowledge is a BQA-accredited training provider (no. 0019). The Assessor & Moderator Combo covers steps 2 and 3 of the BQA pathway Trainer → Assessor → Moderator in one course. Registration and accreditation decisions are made by BQA.

Is this the TOT + Assessor bundle?

The Assessor & Moderator Combo is one combined course (Assessor + Moderator Training) for P4,000. The TOT + Assessor bundle is two separate courses, Training of Trainers and Assessor Training, also P4,000. The BQA pathway bundle (TOT + Assessor + Moderator, 3 courses) is P6,000.

Can my organisation enrol a team?

Request a quote or invoice for your team in your organisation's name (PO and VAT no. supported). After payment, HR uploads the staff list and each person gets their own access; HR receives the roster and progress.

Is this a BQA qualification?

The combo covers steps 2 and 3 of the trainer → assessor → moderator pathway that many institutions require. CoreKnowledge is a BQA-accredited training provider (no. 0019). Registration and accreditation decisions are made by BQA itself.

Do I need Training of Trainers first?

You can enrol in the combo directly. If you also deliver training, Training of Trainers (step 1 of the pathway) is P2,500 on its own.

Can you train us at our premises?

Yes. Use “Book in-house”, give two or three preferred dates, the town and the number of delegates (minimum 5). In-house training is always quoted first.
