Certificates & transcripts
Who receives a certificate and transcript, how they are verified, when they are released, and reissues.
1. Eligibility
You receive a CoreKnowledge Certificate of Completion and a transcript of results when you have completed all modules, passed the knowledge checks (60%), submitted every workplace deliverable and your 30-day implementation plan, and completed the course evaluation.
2. Release time
We verify completion and release both documents, usually within 3 working days. You get an email when they are ready to download from the learning portal. Check your status any time on the Help centre.
3. Verification
Each certificate carries a unique reference number and a QR code. Employers and institutions can verify a certificate with us using that reference.
4. What the certificate means
The certificate confirms completion of a CoreKnowledge course. CoreKnowledge is a BQA-accredited training provider (no. 0019). Registration and accreditation decisions are made by BQA.
5. Corrections and reissues
Spelling corrections reported within 30 days of release are free. Later reissues (for example a name change) may carry an administration fee, which we confirm before we proceed.
6. Withdrawal
We may withdraw a certificate obtained through misconduct, after following the appeal process.
