Learner code of conduct & academic integrity
Respect, honesty and your own work, including how to use AI tools responsibly.
1. Respect
Be courteous to learners, trainers and staff, online and in sessions. Harassment or discrimination is not tolerated.
2. Your own work
Deliverables must be your own work, based on your own context. Quote and acknowledge sources. Do not share answers to knowledge checks.
3. Using AI tools
- You may use AI tools to draft, brainstorm and design, as taught in Module 6, and you stay responsible for accuracy.
- Say briefly how you used AI in each deliverable (for example: "outline drafted with NotebookLM, checked and rewritten by me").
- Do not submit AI output as your own thinking without checking and adapting it.
4. Accounts
Do not share your login or let anyone complete work for you.
5. If something goes wrong
We discuss suspected misconduct with you first. Outcomes range from a resubmission to withdrawal of a certificate for serious cases; you can appeal under Assessment, moderation & appeals.
