Refunds & cancellations

• 14-day refund promise: a full refund within 14 days of your course opening, if you have opened less than 20% of the course content and no certificate has been issued.
• Where Botswana consumer law gives you a cooling-off right, we honour it in full.
• After 14 days, or once 20% or more has been opened, we do not refund. Instead you may pause once (we extend your access by up to 3 months), or an organisation may reassign the seat once to a colleague.

We measure what has been opened from the activity records in your learning account.

• Courses in a package that have not opened yet can be cancelled at any time before they open, for a full refund of their share.
• If you cancel part of a package, the courses already opened are charged at the single-course price (P2,500 each) and the balance is refunded.
• If we cannot launch a course in your package within 12 months of your order, you choose: a full refund of its share or a credit for another course.

• 15 or more working days before the start: cancel for a full refund, or postpone once at no charge.
• 5 to 14 working days before: 50% refund, or postpone once at no charge.
• Less than 5 working days before, or no-shows: no refund. You may substitute participants at any time before the start, and everyone keeps the online course.
• In-house travel, accommodation and venue costs already committed are not refundable; we show them on the quote.
• If we cancel or postpone, you choose: a new date or a full refund.

After a certificate has been issued; where access was closed for a serious breach of the code of conduct; or for printed books once dispatched (unless faulty). If a course is faulty or not as described and we cannot fix it, your consumer rights apply.

Refunds go back to the account that paid, by EFT, within 10 working days of approval. Bank charges are on us.
